2 TINS ORGANIC CHIC PEAS (RINCE THOROUGHLY)
3 GARLIC CLOVES (NOT HUGE)
1 TSP CUMIN
1 TSP CORRIANDER
1/3 C FRESHLY LEMONS
1/3 C OLIVE OIL
2-4 TBSP TAHINI (optional)
2-4 TBSP WATER ??? (If to thick)
HAND FULL OF SPINACH OR PARSLEY &/OR CUT UP 1/4 C RED PEPPER

1. BLEND IN FOOD PROCESSOR UNTIL REALLY SMOOTH
2. THAN ADD HAND FULL OF SPINACH OR PARSLEY , CUT UP 1/4 PEPPER JUST PULSE IT
3. PAPRIKA & FRESHLY CHOPPED PARSLEY FOR GARNISH & DRIZZLE OLIVE OIL OVER TOP
