1,5L Chicken stock
1 Small onion
1/2 cup of lemon juice
Some vegetables (carrots, peas, beans,...) as per taste
Prep. Time → 15 min
Cook Time → 30 min
1. Heat the stock
Sautee the vegetables and chicken and put them aside
Put some olive oil in a pan and add onions until they get translucent, add rice and stir, add lemon juice and stir until it evaporate, add stock and stir until evaporate (3 time * 0,5L), add vegetables and chicken, add cheese and some butter, serve hot.
