Newfoundland seafood chowder

Ingredients
1/2 C Carrots
1/2 C Celery
1/2 C Onions
1/2 C Potatoes
4 oz Cod
4 oz Salmon
4 oz baby shrimp
4 oz halibut
4 oz scallops
4 oz flour
4 oz butter
1 pint of cream
1 quart of milk

Directions
1. 1. Saute vegetables in butter until soft
2. remove vegetables, add flour, let cook 3 min
3. Slowly add milk. Let boil for 2 minutes. Reduce Heat
4. Add fish and vegetables. Let cook 10-15 minutes or until the vegetables and fish are cooked
5. Finish with cream and
