nutella and strawberry filled crepes

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 whole eggs
2 Tbsp melted butter, to brush over the top before baking
1 cup whole milk
1 cup nutella
1 cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 non stick cooking spray, or melted butter
1 whipped topping
1 blender
1 round pan

1. 1. Put in flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt: in blender: and blend till nice and smooth: (this assures you will have a smooth batter with no lumps)

2. 2.Transfer into bowl: take a Iron pan, and spray with non stick spray, or melted butter: use a 1/4 measuring cup scoop, and put in mixture in Pan: (one at a time)

3. 3.right away, tilt the pan in a circular motion slowly: cooking the surface evenly: let it cook for 30 seconds on each side: (medium heat)

4. 4.Once done, take a scoop of Nutella in a microwave bowl: for 30 seconds to soften: put crepe on plate, laying flat: take a scoop of Nutella and spread on half side:

5. 5.Take sliced strawberries, and put on top of chocolate: fold crepe in half: drizzle some Nutella on crepe: put whipped cream on top of strawberry.
