Oats uthappam

Oats-1/2 cup
Dosa batter-1 cup

Onion-1 medium chopped
Tomato-1 big chopped
Green chillies-2 chopped
Coriander leaves-2 tblspn chopped

1. Mix together oats and dosa batter.Sprinkle enough salt.Add little water if needed ( to get the correct consistency ).
2. Heat a flat thava /pan and spread some Allow the pan to heat up a bit, for a few seconds. Reduce flame.
Pour a ladle full of batter and very lightly spread it like a thick pancake. Drizzle few drops of oil along the edge of the uthappam. Increase flame to medium, cook for a few seconds.
Top the uthappam with 1 1/2 tbsps of the onion-tomato mixture. On low to medium flame cook till the uthappam is lightly browned and almost cooked.
Flip over gently and allow to cook for a little less than half a minute. Flip over with vegetable side up and remove carefully onto a serving plate.
3. Serve with hot with chutney.
