Old fashioned pancakes

1 ½ cups flour
3 ½ tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 ¼ cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 10 min

1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk, egg, and butter, mixing until smooth.

2. Heat lightly coated griddle or pan over medium high heat. Pour batter by ¼ cup per pancake and brown on both sides.
