1 (2 lb.) bag of frozen French fries 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese or use taco cheese 6 pieces of bacon, cooked crisp

1. Divide the fries into half, and use the other half later. Heat oil to 350. Fry the potatoes in small batches, they are done when they are golden brown and float to the top of the skillet. Be sure to drain the potatoes on paper towels. You can keep them warm in the oven while the other fries are done. When French fried are done, place on a platter, salt, sprinkle with cheese and cooked bacon. Place into warm oven until the cheese begins to melt. Dressing: 1 (16 oz.) bottle Ranch Dressing 1 Tbsp. paprika 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. dried thyme 1 tsp. white pepper 1 tsp. black pepper 1 Tbsp. kosher salt 1 Tbsp. garlic powder 1 Tbsp. onion powder Combine all ingredients. Let refrigerate overnight and serve with fries.
