paella twist of Toby Poyner - Recipefy

1 onion, 1-2 cloves of garlic, 1 red pepper, 1 chicken breast, 1x 15ml oil, 1x 5ml spoon turmeric, 1x5ml spoon paprika, 750ml stock (either vegetable or chicken), 250g rice, 25g of frozen peas, 100g of mixed seafood

Prep. Time → 10-15 minutes min

Cook Time → 20 minutes min

1. 1. prepare the vegetables:
-peel and chop the onion
-peel and crush the garlic
- chop and deseed the red pepper

2. 2. remove any skin from the chicken and then dice into chunks with a fresh knife and chopping board.

3. 3. fry the onion and pepper in on oil for 5 minutes

4. 4. add the garlic,tumeric and paprika and cook for a futher 2 minutes.

5. 5. add the diced chicken and cook until it turns white

6. 6. pour in the stock, bring to the boil and cook for 5 minutes

7. 7. add rice

8. 8. bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 15 minutes

9. 9. stir in frozen peas and seafood and cook for a further 5 minutes

10. bon appetite
