2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup milk
1/4 cup oil

Directions
1. Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Cook on a hot pan until golden brown (greased with oil not butter*). Once pancakes begin to bubble, they are ready to be flipped! Pancakes are best if made small and thick. Serve with butter and Canadian maple syrup.
