Pao de Queijo (Brazilian Cheese Bread) of Thyago Mota - Recipefy

1 + 1/2 xic polvilho doce de mandioca (1 + 1/2 cups of sweet manioc starch)
1 xic polvilho azedo (1 cup of sour manioc starch)
1 xic de leite (1 cup of milk)
1/2 xic manteiga (1/2 cup of butter)
1 + 1/2 xic queijo mussarela (1 + 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese)
1 xic queijo parmesao (1 cup of parmesan cheese)
1/2 colher de sal (1/2 teaspoon of salt)
2 ovos (2 eggs)

Prep. Time → 60 min

Cook Time → 30 min

1. Em uma bacia misture o polvilho doce e azedo; pode usar somente polvilho doce se quiser (in a bowl, mix the manioc starches; in US you can use Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour found in Whole Foods)

2. Em uma panela, ferva o leite, a manteiga, e o sal (in a pan, bring the milk, butter, and salt to a boil)

3. Despeje o leite fervido em cima do polvilho (pour the milk on top of the starch mixture)

4. Deixe esfriar (let it cool)

5. Acrescente o queijo e os ovos misturando bem a massa (add the cheese and eggs mixing altogether)

6. Reserve na geladeira por pelo menos 1 hora; melhor fazer de vespera (reserve in the fridge for at least 1 hour; better to do it the night before)

7. Faca bolinhos com a massa e os coloque para assar em um refratario por 20 minutos em forno medio - 180C (make round balls with the mixture and bake using a baking sheet - bake for 20 minutes at 350F)

8. Pronto! (Done!)
