Parmesan melba toast
Recipe by Andrew Chadwick
2 rounds of sliced white bread
Parmesan Cheese
Prep. Time → 5 min
Cook Time → 10 min
1. Toast the slices of bread on both sides under a hot grill
2. When golden brown on both sides remove from the grill and cut off the crusts.
3. Slice through the toast along the horisontal to yield four slices of half toasted bread.
4. Cut into triangles and put on a baking tray (best on foil) sprinkle the parmesan cheese on top of the bread and return to the grill to cook until the cheese turns golden brown.
5. Serve with Cauliflower and Parmesan Soup?!
