Pasta Bomba of Turruchel Ibañez Piqueras - Recipefy

200 gr yema
100 gr huevo
175 gr azúcar
80 ml agua

1. Batir la yema y el huevo al baño maria.

2. Hacer un almíbar a hebra fina.

3. Incorporar a chorro fino el almibar .
