Peach bread

2 cups white sugar

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1 cup room temperature butter

2 cups AP flour

3 eggs

2 1/2 cups peaches peeled and sliced (about 5 peaches)

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp baking soda

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Cream together butter and both sugars. Add beaten eggs, peaches, salt, cinnamon, flour, and baking soda. Stir until combined.

3. Pour into prepared dish.

4. I used mini loaf pans and baked them for about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with approximately a tablespoon of simple syrup.

5. Peach Simple Syrup

6. 1 cup sugar

7. 1 cup water

8. 1 peach peeled and sliced

9. Bring ingredients to a boil then remove from heat and let cool.
