Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients

1/2 cup butter flavor Crisco 1 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup granulate sugar 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 egg 1 1/4 cups flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375. Cream butter flavor Crisco, peanut butter, granulate sugar, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Beat in egg. Combine flour baking soda, baking powder and salt. Mix into creamed mixture. Drop rounded Tbsp. of dough 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in flour. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet. Remove to cooling rack.
