Penne alla Carbonara of Ztere0 - Recipefy

2 eggs (1 per serving)
200 gr bacon
1/2 onion
250 gr de pasta (125 gr per serving)
olive oil
black pepper
salt
60 ml milk

Prep. Time → 7 min

Cook Time → 8 min

1. Prepare a saucepan with water and salt. Put on the fire with high heat (do not use a lot of salt, bacon already has salt)

2. Cut the bacon in small tacos (not too small) and cut up the onion. Beat the eggs with pinch of salt, black pepper and the milk. When everything is prepared, we already have the water boiling to introduce the pasta in the saucepan.

3. In a separate frying pan heat a little oil and gild the onion, and later add the bacon cutted in "small cube" pieces to gild it also.

4. When the pasta is missing a minute to be just right, drain it, and move the pasta to the frying pan with the onion and bacon. Mix everything with high heat during half a minute, and later add the beaten eggs with salt, black pepper and milk and blend everything well.
