Pepper Chops of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

1.Meat-1/2 kg(beef/mutton chopped to cubes)
Ginger-garlic paste-1tblspn
Pepper powder-1tblspn
Kashmiri chilly powder-1tspn
Turmeric powder-1/2tspn
Whole masala-cardamom-2,cloves4-5,cinnamon-1 small piece
Salt
2. Onion-1 big sliced
Oil

1. Cook the ingredients listed under no.1 in a pressure cooker by adding enough water.when done separate the meat pieces and gravy.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and saute well till they turn golden brown.Then transfer the onions to a bowl.

3. In the same pan add the meat pieces( without gravy ) and saute continuously till they become dry.( appx. for 3-4 mints.) .Then add the fried onions (keep some for garnishing ) and the gravy of the meat and saute again till everything dries up

4. Remove from stove and garnish with fried onions.
