Pepper fish curry

Fish-10 medium sized pieces( preferably boneless )
Small onion-10
Garlic-4 podes
Green chillies-2
Pepper powder-1 tblpsn
Coriander powder-1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Fenugreek seeds-1/4 tpn
Kodumpuli-2 pieces
Thick coconut milk-1/2 cup
Curry leaves
Coconut oil-1 tspn
1. Grind together small onion,garlic,green chillies,pepper powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and fenugreek seeds.
2. Soak kodumpuli in 2 tblspn hot water for 10 mints.
3. Put the fish pieces in a pan and add the masala paste.Mix well.Add kodumpuli along with water use for soaking into the pan.Add enough water .Sprinkle enough salt.Cover and cook in medium flame.When the gravy becomes Thick and fish is well cooked,add coconut milk and curry leaves.Cover and cook in the lowest flame.remove from fire before it starts to boil.Drizzle 1 tspn coconut oil on the top and let the curry sit for 5-10 mints.Serve hot.
