Peruvian chicken

Ingredients
4 T aged white wine vinegar
2 T red wine
3 T grape seed oil
9 cloves garlic, peeled & diced
2 T paprika
1.5 T cumin
1 t black peppercorns
1 t sea salt
1 lemon minus skin, broke into chunks (if organic, include whole with skin)
3/4 c water
1 whole frozen chicken
Directions
1. Add the first 10 ingredients to electric pressure cooker pot, mix well.
Then add the chicken.
30 minutes on high pressure, quick release
baste
30 minutes on high pressure, slow release
