Pesto Sauce of Karen Rosenthal - Recipefy

2 cups fresh basil leaves
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pine nuts
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 teaspoon salt

1. 1. Blend basil, oil, cheese, pine nuts, garlic and salt in a blender until smooth.
2. Use immediately or refrigerate until use.
3. Can be frozen for later use.
