Pineapple sweet pachadi of Kitchen Snippets - Recipefy

Pineapple-2 cups chopped finely
Ripe banana-1 cup chooped finely
Red chillli powder-1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Salt
Sugar-1/2- 3/4 tspn
Grated coconut-1/2 cup crushed
Crushed mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
Cashew nuts-a handful
Grapes-10 nos

For seasoning
Oil
Mustard seeds
Dry red chilli
Curry leaves

1. Cook pineapple and banana by adding red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt and little water.Cover and cook till the water dries up and pineapple and banana pieces are soft amd mushy.Add sugar to this and stir continuously till the mixture changes colour to light brown.Correct consistency is when the pineapple mixture becomes sticky and seperates itself from the sides if the pan.

2. Add cashew nuts,crushed coconut and mustard seeds.Mix well and stir for 1 more mint.Remove from fire and add grapes.Mix well.

4. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.Add dry red chilli and curry leaves to it.Roast till the curry leaves change colour.Pour this to the pineapple pachadi and mix well.
