Pizza pop tart

1. 1) Preheat over to 350

2. 2) Roll out dough onto lightly floured surface

3. 3) Cut to make 3 equal rectangles.

4. 4) Use top of rectangle to add your filling. 2 pepperoni and mozzarella (eyeball it to divide evenly)

5. 5) Use egg wash around edges of the filling and then fold top half onto the side with all the fillings and seal with a fork.

6. 6) Egg wash the top

7. 7) Bake for 10-15 min

8. 8) Add Parmesan cheese half way through cooking (OPTIONAL)

9. 9) Serve with marinara or vodka sauce
