Pizza of Lorenzo Grassi - Recipefy

Flour: 300g
Lukewarm water: 100ml
Brewer's yeast: 25g
Olive oil: 3 spoons
Salt: 2 pinches

Prep. Time → 500 min

Cook Time → 15 min

1. Put all the flour in a big container.

2. Dissolve the brewer's yeast in the lukewarm water, add to the dough and mix.

3. Add olive oil and salt and go on mixing.

4. When the dough become homogeneus and close, let it rest (covered by a moist cloth) for a couple of hours.

5. Mix the dough again and let it rest for other two hours. This step should be repeated as more as possible.

6. Take the needed quantity of dough and stretch it out. Put the stretched dough in a baking pan (previously covered with flour).

7. Put the baking pan into the oven (previously heated at 270°-300°C) for 10 minutes.

8. Garnish the pizza to your liking and put again in the oven for 3-4 minutes.
