Plum and Apple Crumble  of Forbidden - Recipefy

filling
3 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
2x410g tins of plumbs, drained
30ml vanilla extract
45ml muscovado sugar
15ml gin
10ml ground cinnamon

crumble
45ml pistachio nuts, shelled
half cup cake flour
30g rolled oats
50g sugar
1/4 cup butter, cubed

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 40-50 min

1. Preheat oven to 180 celcius, grease tart dish

2. place fruit in pot and mix in vanilla

3. sprinkle with rest of ingredients and place in tart dish

4. in mixing bowl, combine crumble ingredients well together and arrange over fruit

5. bake till top is golden and fruit is bubbling

6. about 40min

7. serve hot with mascarpone, custard or fresh cream
