Pork and prawn balls and soup

500g raw king prawn, peeled and de-veined
500g good quality minced pork
piece of ginger peeled
bunch of spring onions
soy sauce
sesame seed oil

Hot and sour soup paste

Prep. Time → 20 min

Cook Time → 15 - 30 min

1. Put ginger in Thermomix (or other blender) and blitz, then add spring onions. glug of sesame oil and soy sauce and blitz again. Add prawns and blitz. Add pork and mix thoroughly.

2. Bring water to boil, add whatever you like for soup base, I used hot and sour soup paste. Divide mixture into ball shapes and simmer for 10 -15 min until cooked through. I had to do this in two batches.
