Pork chops and potato casserole

1 pkg. boneless pork chops 2 cup sour cream 3 cup water 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 Tbsp. dried parsley 2 tsp. salt Pepper to taste

1. Brown pork chops in skillet. Blend soups, sour cream , water, and parsley. Alternate layers of potatoes, salt and pepper in 2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with pork chops and grated cheese. Cover and bake at 375 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
