Pork ribs steamed with black beans
Recipe by Karen Albright Lin
1 lb pork baby back ribs cut across the bone twice
(meat dept will do this) then into little individual
riblets
½ C soy sauce
¼ C Shao Hsing wine
½ t sesame oil
¼ C fermented black beans, rinsed
Prep. Time → 10 min
Cook Time → 45 min
1. Marinate ribs in the remaining ingredients 10 minutes to 1 hour. Steam over boiling water in a shallow bowl in large steamer for 45 minutes. Stir and serve.
