Potato soup

Ingredients
4 cups potatoes, diced
1 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
1 1/2 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
1/2 stick butter
6 chicken bouillon cubes
4 cups hot water
2 cups ham
Simmer above ingredients until tender. Then add
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup flour blended with water
3 cup grated cheese
1 tsp. pepper
Directions
1. Simmer all ingredients until well blended. top with bacon bits if desired.
