Prepare Meatball Pizza of Sonoma Farm - Recipefy

• White bread slice, crust removed, 1 large.

• One third cup of warm water

• Cold ground veal or beef, 4 ounces

• Cold casing removed sweet or hot Italian sausage, 3 ounces

• Minced garlic clove 1

• Fresh parsley leaves minced

• Egg white of one large egg, beaten.

• Finely grated Parmigiano- Reggiano, 2 ounces.

• Salt as per taste and freshly grounded black pepper.

Prep. Time → 25 min

Cook Time → 40 min

1. Take the bread slice and place it in warm water, let it soak moisture for about 10 minutes and keep turning bread occasionally.

2. Now take the bread and squeeze it remove all the water from it and tear the bread slice into chunks and put it in a bowl. Now add meat, sausage, parsley leaves, beaten egg white and chopped garlic, half Parmigiano-Reggiano, salt and black pepper according to the taste, mix everything well. Now make at least 10 balls from this mixture, place all these balls on a baking sheet and cover it up with plastic wrap and keep it in refrigerator for about 2 hours or so.

3. After making the meatballs next thing you do is prepare your pizza by using usual pizza ingredients that you generally use. Enjoy your meat ball fresh homemade pizza by serving it hot with ketchup.
