Pudding

1. 2 litre milk, boil with sugar.
Add vanilla essence
When cool, beat 10 eggs and add to it
Beat well

Put ½ in a pyrex dish
Steam it in oven
When little hard

Mix cocoa in ½ the mixture.
Slowly put on the steamed pudding with a spoon.
Steam again
When hard, let it brown in a grill
