Wet stuff
1 can pumpkin
3 large eggs
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp oil/melted ghee

Dry stuff
4 tbsp coconut flour
2 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

1. Blend wet stuff.
Mix dry stuff and fold into wet stuff
Make pancakes

yum sounds like a lot of work for pancakes though! Is it worth the fuss?
