Pumpkin power bread

1 cup pumpkin puree
4 room temp eggs (cold eggs will harden the coconut oil)
1/4 cup coconut sugar
2 tbs liquified coconut oil, ghee
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 50 min

1. Preheat over 350F.
Line loaf pan with parchment.
Beat ingredients with mixer.
Bake 50 minutes until toasty golden.

2. For whole loaf/ 1/8th:
Calories: 1475/ 180
Carb: 142.5 gr/ 18gr
Protein: 90 gr/11.25
Fat: 62gr/ 7.75gr
