Pumpkin tiramisu recipe

1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese: really softened at room temp.
3 oz package of spongy lady fingers
1 powdered sugar, for topping

1. 1. Take a 9x5 loaf pan, and put inside with plastic wrap:

2. 2. In a standing mixer, add heavy cream, and granulated sugar; medium speed till stiff peaks. When done, take out and put in bowl.

4. 4. In a another bowl, add pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice, and salt: vanilla extract: whisk. Add in heavy cream, and mix.

5. 5. In a loaf pan, with plastic wrap, add lady fingers: take half of maple syrup, and drizzle on fingers.

6. 6.Take half of pumpkin filling, and spread down.

7. 7.Do (2nd) layer of lady fingers: Do maple syrup, and remaining pumpkin filling:

8. 8.Add cream cheese layer: spread to make even:

9. 9.put in fridge over night~

10. 10.When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top: add a touch of pumpkin pie spice: slice and eat.
