I've tried uploading pictures but they don't show up... do they need to be in a certain file format?

Hi Terri,
you can upload jpeg, gif, png and bmp images or you can choose form the suggested ones. The image should be at least 150px X 150px. If you continue experiencing problems with photo upload try to send us ([email protected]) the image you are unable to upload and we'll do some test.
