Quiche
Recipe by Blake Schewe
1-9” unbaked pie crust
1 Tbs. butter, softened (spread on crust)
1/4 - 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese (1 to 1 ½ cups)
3-4 eggs, beaten
1 ½-2 cups milk (half & half, evaporated, etc.)
½ teaspoon salt
pepper
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled or ham, etc.
broccoli, spinach, etc.
Prep. Time → 20 min
Cook Time → 50 min
1. Combine all; pour into shell. Bake 425o for 15 minutes; then 325o for 25-30 minutes.
To freeze, prepare; place in freezer until frozen; wrap.
To bake, preheat oven 325o. Unwrap frozen quiche; bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
