Rice pudding

4oz/110g pudding rice
14oz/400g can of evaporated milk
1 pint whole milk
1.5oz/40g caster or light demarara sugar
sprinkle nutmeg & cinnamon
butter

Alternative for small tin of evap
170g evaporated milk
16g sugar
44g rice
228ml/6.4floz milk

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 120 min

1. Preheat oven to 150c

2. Lightly grease a baking dish

3. Pour in rice and sugar

4. Add milk/evaporated milk and stir

5. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon

6. Cut some tiny slivers of butter and drop onto the top

7. Bake in the middle of the oven

8. Stir after half an hour, stir again after another half an hour

9. Then bake for an hour
