Roast bacon

1. Put bacon in a pan and bring to the boil
Then remove salt
And then change water
Then boil to 20 minutes
Put into oven and cover in tin foil gas mark 5
Then roast for 1 hour and remove from over and remove tin foil
Cut off skin and cut diamond shapes into fat
Put cloves into cuts in fat and cover in brown sugar
Put back into oven gas mark 8 for 20 minutes
