Roasted rosemary and garlic potatoes recipe

4 large potatoes, washed and dried
1 chopped fresh rosemary
5 cloves of garlic, not chopped
2 Tbsp powered garlic
1 salt and pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil

2. 1. Take garlic; put garlic in ziplock bag: Take rosemary and strip off stems: put in processer to make small peices: put in ziplock bag:

3. 2.Put olive oil in ziplock bag: and powdered garlic too: add in pepper and salt (lot of salt) add spray of fresh rosemary, unchopped go in bag: mix sauce together to combine:

4. 3.Then put wedged potatoes on a Mirowave plate for 5 mins: put potatoes in ziplock bag: closed bag: mix
sauce with potatoes: close it tight: let it sit for 10 mins:

5. 4.Take a baking dish, and cover with foil: put potatoes in it: line potatoes so there even:

6. 5. Put oven to broil for 30 mins: (keep door shut at all times)

7. 6. Check it at 10 mins, and it should be brown and crispy:
