Rosemary chicken and potatoes

● 2 tsp Paprika
● 1.5 tsp crushed rosemary leaves
● 1 tsp minced garlic
● .5 tsp coarse ground black pepper
● 2 tsp olive oil
● 1 tsp salt
● 2 lbs chicken (boneless)
● 1.5 lbs sliced red potatoes

1. 1 Mix the oil, and all of the spices together. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes and stir until they are well coated. Arrange chicken and potatoes in single layer on foil-lined and sprayed baking pan.

2. 2 Bake, for 30 minutes at 425 degrees. Be sure to turn the potatoes about every 10 to 15 minutes. The chicken should be cooked through and the potatoes should be tender when baking is complete.
