fresh or frozen cubed salmon,
1 small red oinion, or leek
half a cup of sliced mushrooms
cheese sause,
knob of butter.
frozen puff pastry, defrosted,

Prep. Time → 30mins min

Cook Time → 25mins or till golden brown min

1. to make the cheese sause,
half a cup of flour,
1 pint of milk,
2 knobs of butter,
or you can cheat & use a packet,
half a block of red lester cheese,

2. mix the flour, butter, & milk in a pan, bring to the boil, stiring constently, making sure it don't stick, take off the heat & add the cheese, set aside, while you do the rest,

3. the salmon.

4. 1. add butter to frying pan & melt.
2. add salmon , mushrooms, & onion, cook till slightly tender,
3. add the cheese sause to the pan & stir,
4, roll out the pastry,
5. cut into circles round a sandwhich plate,
6. add mixture to each piece of pastry carefull not to over fill,
7. brush the edges with egg or milk,
8. fold over to make a pastie shape & seal the edges,
9. gas mark 6 or 200,
