Salmon, green beans, rice of Amy Jessup - Recipefy

salmon - you'll divide it into 4 oz portions after it's cooked
salt
pepper
3 tbsp lemon juice
dill
3 tbsp butter
2 or 3 cloves garlic
4 cups green beans, fresh or frozen
3 cups rice, cooked

1. Sprinkle lemon juice, salt, pepper and dill on the salmon. Grill or bake until the meat flakes apart. To serve the salmon, combine 3 tbsp of butter and 2 or 3 cloves of garlic and pour over the top.

2. Steam the green beans and toss with a bit of salt and pepper. You may sub for another type of veggie if you like.

3. For the rice, you can keep it simple and just use plain white jasmine rice. If you are looking for something a bit different, add a tbsp of butter into a sauce pan. Add a cup and a half of rice and cook stirring often until the rice turns translucent. Add 4 cups of chicken stock and bring mixture to a boil. Turn heat to low, cover and cook till rice is done. Add water, salt, pepper if needed. Some wild rice in with this would probably be really good as well.
