Salsa chicken

Ingredients for 4 servings
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa
1/2 cup corn
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
sour cream (optional)

Directions
1. preheat oven to 375F. lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray
2. cut the chicken into strips and place in baking dish
3. add the taco seasoning and mix well with the chicken
4. cover the chicken with the salsa and corn
5. bake for 25-35 minutes
6. evenly spread the cheese over the chicken and bake for an additional 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly
7. top with sour cream for serving
