1. Brown 1 lb. sausage, then put into large crock pot. Brown 1 lb lean ground meat, put it into crock pot. Add 2 lbs. chopped up Velveeta cheese, 1 can diced Rotel tomatoes, 1 large can cream of mushroom soup, 1 tsp. garlic powder, and 2 Tbsp. minced onion flakes. ( you can use fresh onions and garlic if you with) Cook in crock pot for an hour or so, stirring often until all cheese is melted.
