Sausage Potato Bake of Lisa Evanoff - Recipefy

3 pounds potatoes, halved and thinly sliced
1 kielbasa, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded Parmesan
1 teaspoon salt
4 sprigs parsley
3 sprigs oregano
1 sprig rosemary
1 bay leaf
2 tablespoons butter
Sea salt
1 cup heavy cream
Freshly ground black pepper

Prep. Time → 30 min

Cook Time → 60 min

1. 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2. 2. Put potatoes in a large pan with the milk, herbs, 1 tablespoon of butter, and some salt. Bring to a boil, then turn down the heat and simmer until the potatoes are just tender. Drain.

3. 3. Grease a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter. Mix cheese and cream in a bowl.

4. 4. Spread half of the potatoes and half of the sausage in the dish, then cover with half of the cheese mixture. Repeat.

5. 5. Bake until golden, 50-60 minutes.
