Sausages with red wine gravy.

Ingredients for 4 People
12 sausages
1 oz of butter
3 red onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon of plan flour
11fl of red wine
2 teaspoons of mixed herbs
1 tablespoon of redcurrant jelly

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 190.
Roast the sausages fur 25 min.
Cover and keep warm.
2. Fry the onions in the butter for 10 min until golden .
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 min.
3. Add the wine and herbs and bring to the boil.
Stir in the redcurrant jelly, and simmer for 5 min.
Serve with the sausages.
