Scottie Nest Eggs of Michele Poole - Recipefy

Eggs
Black Forest Ham
Cream
Mozzarella
Basil
English Muffin

1. In a muffin tin (spray with Pam) line with Black Forest ham. Then place a raw egg in each one. Pour in a little cream and lightly sprinkle with basil. Top with mozzarella and bake at 350 for 20min. Toast the english muffin halves and put nest eggs on top to serve.
