Sea Bream Baked in Ouzo of Calvin Atkinson - Recipefy

1 sea bream gutted and scaled
sea salt
half a lemon thinly sliced
½ a cup of dill chopped
4 garlic cloves
1 tsp dried oregano
50 ml ouzo
50 ml Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Prep. Time → 10 min

Cook Time → 20 min

1. pre heat an oven to 200°c

2. Place the bream in a tray or pan with a lid and season on both sides

3. Stuff the cavity with the lemon slices and dill

4. Lightly crush the garlic clove stuff in the cavity and place in the cavity as well

5. Further season the fish with the dried oregano then pour over the ouzo and oil

6. Place the lid on the pan or tray and place in oven for 20 minutes

7. Take the fish out of the oven and carefully place on a platter to fillet at the table

8. Serve with some good roasted potatoes and if you want a little extra my roasted prawns
