1 chug olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 pack raw prawns
1 pack scallops
1 pack mussels
2 medium cod loins
2 tins plum tomatoes
Pinch chilli flakes
Fresh basil
3/4 pint fish stock
Slug of red wine (optional)
Salt & black pepper
6 cherry tomatoes
