Seared asparagus with portabellas

1 lb asparagus cut into 3-4 inch lengths
1 lb portabellas sliced 1 inch thick
1 red bell pepper sliced into strips
1-2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
2-3 cloves of garlic, sliced

Prep. Time → 5 min

Cook Time → 5 min

1. Heat the oil until very hot. The key to searing is to get the pan with oil really hot before you add any of the ingredients.

2. Add asparagus and garlic and stir for 1-2 minutes.

3. Add the mushrooms and peppers, and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes.

4. Add salt to taste.

5. Serve hot.
