Shrimp casserole

Ingredients
Saute
1 stick butter
1 medium chopped onion
1 medium chopped bell pepper
In large saucepan stir sauted vegetables with:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of onion soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Directions
1. Add 1 1/2 cup Rice. Cook at 350 for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring once half way through cooking. Take out and stir well. Add 2 to 4 lbs. raw shrimp and stir well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour covered.
