1 lb. raw peeled/deveined shrimp 1 cup sour cream 1-6 oz. sliced mushrooms 3 cup margarine 2 cup chopped onion 2 cup chopped bell pepper 3 tsp. salt 1 Tbsp. flour 3 tsp. pepper 1 2 cups cooked Rice

1. Saute shrimp, onion and bell pepper in margarine for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 20 more minutes. Mix flour, salt, pepper and sour cream; add to shrimp mixture. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes; DO NOT BOIL. Serve over rice. I usually double this recipe.
